Capable of supporting infrared (IR) or hot plate heating.
Variable voltage IR power supply supports emitters requiring 0 to 120V.
Hot plate power supply is 400/230V (fixed voltage).
Servo drives on left and right tooling platens. 190mm stroke (each)
Servo drive on heating platen. 600mm stroke
Left and right platens also have pneumatic vertical axis with 140mm stroke.
Left and right platens equipped with upper sub platen (for part clamping). 160mm vertical pneumatic stroke.
Each platen has one auxiliary pneumatic circuit.
(2) Cameras for welded part detect.
